Teller Supervisor (Full Time)

JOB SUMMARY: Receives and processes member transactions both in person and by mail. Maintains computer files and Laser Fiche files when necessary to keep accurate records. Train new Tellers as needed. Fills in for managers and other staff as needed. Do special projects as assigned. Sell multiple financial services to each member and potential member. Assist the members in choosing the services best for them.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must have: Three (3) years related financial institution experience and previous supervisory experience
  3. Must: Be cross-trained and proficient in two areas, such as Fedline, Credit Cards, ATM/Share Drafts; OR Have comparable experience or education.
  4. Must be able to interact effectively with members, potential members, and employees
